EXPERIENCE: As a member of the Office of Chief Counsel's Tax Reform Act of 1986 Teaching Cadre, taught aspects of the Act to over 1000 Attorneys and Appeals Officers, nationwide. Delivered public speeches on substantive tax matters at programs sponsored by the Wisconsin State Bar, the Corporate Practice Institute, the Milwaukee Bar Association's Tax Section, the CLEW and the District Director, Internal Revenue Service. Taught various substantive, procedural, management, accounting and litigation topics in internal District Director and Office of Chief Counsel programs.
